Students must attend at least 75% of classes to take exams. If attendance is lower, special permission from the principal is needed. Valid reasons, like medical emergencies, must be documented.
The exam schedule will be shared two weeks before exams. It will be posted on notice boards, the online portal, and sent to parents. Any changes, like due to weather, will be shared immediately.
Students must bring their admit card, ID, and needed stationery. Borrowing items, talking, or using gestures during exams is not allowed. Devices like phones and smartwatches are banned unless approved.
Students must arrive 30 minutes before the exam. Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes need a valid reason to enter. Missed exams require a valid excuse, like a medical note, or won't be rescheduled.
Students must fill in their name, roll number, and required details. Answer sheets must
be handed to the invigilator after the exam.
Leaving early or without permission is not allowed.
Cheating, copying, or using unfair methods leads to serious consequences. A caught student will get a zero and may face suspension or expulsion. Helping others cheat will also result in strict punishment.
Retests are only allowed for valid reasons like illness or approved activities. The
school decides whether a retest is granted.
If approved, it must be done within 7 days of the original exam.
Results will be shared within two weeks after exams end. Parents will be notified about
result collection or report card events.
Marks and grades will also be available on the online portal.
